If you need to submit a request for service for on campus or remote support, you can request assistance by clicking the green Submit a Ticket button on the right.

Please keep in mind that while working remotely OIT has limited resources and can only provide support for standard applications and services. Examples include:

  • Colleague UI
  • VPN Software
  • Office Applications
  • Cisco Jabber Client
  • HCC Provided Computers

OIT Technicians are not able to provide support for issues specific to Personal Computing Devices
