CREATE JOB REQUISITION
- In the Search bar type “create job requisition.”
- Select Create Job Requisition (Task)
- Select the position

Select Reason – use pencil to edit

6. Select Create job requisition – administrative , Select Administrative – no recruiting required.

7. Target Hire Date – today’s date

Justification (REQUIRED) - Use this space to inform HR of the intent. Be sure to add the job requisition number and the employee’s name and other needed information. Give as much information needed to process the requisition.
- Job Profile – Automatically displays
- Worker Sub-Type – Automatically displays
- Time-type – Automatically displays
- Primary Location – Automatically displays
- ORGANIZATIONS
The supervisory organization defaults. Ensure the funding is correct
- ATTACHMENTS - Add any necessary attachments.
- ASSIGN ROLES - DO NOT COMPLETE THIS AREA – HR USE ONLY
- Enter comments (if applicable).

- Select Submit
