HawkPRINT and Web Printing

Overview

By logging on to the HawkPRINT User site, you are able to view and Manage your HawkPRINT account as well as upload documents for printing.

 

NOTE: In order to access HawkPRINT, you have to be on campus or be connected to the HCC_Wireless Network.

 

  1. When you sign on to your HawkPRINT account at https://hawkprint.hccfl.edu, you should now see an option called Web Print beneath the Jobs Pending Release option.


     
  2. Choose Web Print to go to the main Web Print menu, like below. (You can also see here if there are any Active Jobs in your account still waiting to be printed.).  Click on the button marked ‘Submit a Job’ and you’ll be taken to the Options menu.


     
  3. Click on Upload Documents to submit your documents.


     
  4. This will bring up the Upload menu.Click on the green Upload from computer to choose the files or drag your files to the section marked ‘Drag files here.’


     
  5. If you click on Upload from computer you should see your list of files like this where you’d choose whatever document(s) are needing to be printed.


     
  6. After clicking on the Open button, the file will be uploaded to HawkPRINT.  Click on Upload & Complete.


     
  7. Your screen should now look like this and your document(s) will be seen as queued for printing, waiting for you to use your card at one of the HawkPRINT printers:


     
  8. You can check the status of your print job by clicking on Jobs Pending Release.
