STEP 1: Open a web browser and go to http://cmpn-dc-01.hccfl.edu/ucmuser/
STEP 2: You will be prompted with a screen that says the Certificate is not trusted. Accept the certificate. Various browser has different methods of doing this. (Chrome: Advanced and then Proceed)
STEP 3: You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Enter your full HCC email address and password, then click Sign In
STEP 4: From the landing page, click on General Settings
STEP 5: Under general settings, you will see a section called Phone Services/PIN. Enter your new PIN and click Save.
