Overview
Our primary responsibility is to ensure all employee personnel transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. All personnel related transactions are processed and entered in Workday. Employee personnel records are imaged and maintained as electronic personnel files.
The Records division performs fingerprints scans for Level II backgrounds checks for all new hires, contractors, and volunteers. This division also processes public records and subpoena requests.
Records is responsible for processing all employee personnel transactions. Our dedicated Records staff is here to assist with any questions or concerns regarding personnel transactions.
