Active Directory Groups and Distribution Lists are a powerful way to manage access
Procedure
- RIGHT-CLICK on an area on your Desktop to create a New Shortcut. Click on New | Shortcut.

- In the Create Shortcut window, paste the following in the input box, click on Next to continue.
%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\rundll32.exe dsquery,OpenQueryWindow

- Change the Name of the Shortcut to Manage Groups and Distribution Lists. Click on Finish .

- Locate the newly create icon on the Desktop and DOUBLE-CLICK on it to launch it.
- In the Find Users, Contacts, and Groups window, type the name of the group that you want to manage and click Find Now.
NOTE: You must be designated as the manager of the group in order to change the members of the group.
