Bereavement Leave
The college does not have a separate bereavement policy. Administrative Procedure 3.25 Leaves of Absence addresses the use of sick time for bereavement leave.
An employee may request sick time due to either personal illness or injury, or the illness or death of the employee's father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, child or a member of the employee's own household.
