Procedure 

The following section will discuss steps to access details for both in-person and virtual training sessions. 

1. Once you are in Workday, open the menu and select the Learning app 

   

2. Select My Learning and click View Upcoming Enrollments 

   

3. Select the Enrolled Content you want to see the details for 

For In Person Sessions:  

4. Under Upcoming Scheduled Lessons, click the blue link under Classroom 

5. See details for the training. Details provided: Date, Time, and Location.  

For Virtual Sessions:  

6. Under Upcoming Scheduled Lessons, click the blue link under Virtual Classroom 

7. See the details for the training. Details provided: Date, Time, Location, and Virtual Link. Click on Join the meeting now OR Go To Virtual Classroom to join the Teams Meeting.
