Submitting a resignation
NOTE: This task is only used for resignation. Retirements must contact Benefits to process task.
- Click on the person icon (right hand corner) – Select View Profile


- Scroll down to Job Change – Select RESIGN

- Enter Proposed Termination Date
- Select the Primary Reason – Voluntary displays
- Select the desired reason

- Enter comments if necessary
- Add documents, ie Resignation letter, etc.
- You may drop and drag the file or select the file from your documents
- Enter the description and category (other documents)
- Select Upload to upload additional documents.
- Select Submit to complete the process
- The process goes to your supervisor/hiring manager for approval
- The process goes to HR for approval.
- The Termination process is started
